Using Apply
By inviting Apply to a Discord server, using its commands, submitting an application, or using this dashboard, you agree to these terms. You also agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy.
Apply is made for Discord server application workflows: creating application forms, posting application panels, collecting submissions, assigning review access, and helping server staff make application decisions.
Permissions and Eligibility
- You must meet Discord's minimum age and account requirements to use Apply.
- You may only configure Apply for servers where you have permission to manage application workflows.
- Server owners and administrators are responsible for the application questions, review rules, and staff access they configure.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use Apply to request or store passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical details, or other highly sensitive information.
- Do not submit illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content through Apply.
- Do not attempt to bypass dashboard permissions, scrape private server data, disrupt the bot, or misuse Discord APIs.
Data and Privacy
Apply stores the data needed to run application workflows. This can include Discord user, guild, role, channel, and message IDs; display names and avatar URLs; server configuration; application questions and answers; review decisions; reviewer metadata; OAuth login records; sessions; IP/device security metadata; and site preferences.
This data is used to operate the bot, secure the dashboard, show server staff the information they need to review applications, maintain audit history, and improve reliability. Apply does not sell personal data.
Data Removal
Logged-in users can delete their website authentication data from Settings. This removes OAuth login, saved email, session, IP/device, and related dashboard authentication records.
Application submissions, review records, and server configuration are part of a server's application history. For removal of server-owned application data, contact the relevant server owner or the Apply support contact.
Changes, Availability, and Liability
Apply may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for damages caused by misuse, outages, data entered by server staff or users, or Discord platform changes.
Discord Affiliation and Contact
Apply is not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord names, logos, and platform features belong to Discord.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Apply support channel.
